Terms Conditions of Sale

 

Please read our Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to purchasing goods from our site:

1. Prices shown are in Pounds Sterling. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.

2. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

3. Delivery is charged at the published rate which will be calculated in shopping cart.

4. Orders will normally be posted within 2-3 days of payment received for an order paid by paypal. You will be advised of any delay by telephone or email - check Email box just in case.

5. Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card. Payment will be debited from your account before we dispatch your purchase. Payments to be made via the PayPal system – all major debit and credit cards are accepted – you do not need a PayPal account to use this service and it is free, secure and easy to use.

6. In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us in writing. In the case of non-delivery please wait 5 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damaged goods please retain the product and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Any items returned to us unclaimed from post office will have to pay postage again!

 

7. DATA PROTECTION We request your name, address and contact details to enable us to provide you with an efficient after-sales service but we WILL NOT pass your name and address to ANY third parties.

 

8. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of the posting date with your receipt, providing it is not used, however items such as earrings WILL NOT be refunded on the basis of hygiene reasons. Items that are returned at your request and are not faulty will incur a 20% charge off refund price to cover the cost of invoicing and the charges we incur from credit card company that is taken when you ordered.

 

9. PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEED. All products are guaranteed and checked by us before dispatch. If your product should develop a fault within 14 days of purchase we will exchange it for an equivalent product if available, or if you prefer, refund your money - your product should still be in new condition and with the original packaging, accessories and receipt. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Cost of return postage at customers own expense.
