Nikki Roberts -
Nikki is a holistic therapist specialising in Swedish Body Massage and Indian Head Massage. At our event on 25th March, she will be carrying out 30 minute Indian Head massages.
This therapy has been used in Asia for over 5000 years and is based on the ancient Ayurvedic healing system. It is traditionally passed down through the generations.
The treatment concentrates on the upper back, neck, shoulder, head and face and can be performed on top of clothing or by applying oils to the skin. The benefits include reduced stress, improved hair condition, increased energy levels, improved circulation and more efficient removal of impurities and toxins. The routine includes chakra balancing work and will help to unblock the crown chakra and remove negative energy.
