Howlite

Howlite crystallizes in the form of white nodules, compact masses and tabular crystals. Usually white with a fine grey marbling running through it.

Howlite is said to be good for calming communication, facilitates awareness and encourages emotional expression. It combines reasoning with observation and patience, helps one towards achieving ambitions and goals, brings strength, eliminates pain, stress, rage, encourages subtlety and tact, and balances calcium levels in the body, also for teeth, bone structure and soft tissues.
