Citrine

 

Citrine is a variety of quartz, the colour range being from yellow to golden brown to burnt amber.

 

It is one of the two minerals known on the planet which does not hold and accumulate negative energy, but dissipates and transmutes it, working out problems on the physical level – hence it never needs clearing or cleansing!

 

Citrine is often called ‘the Merchants Stone’ as it is said that placing a crystal or cluster in a till, cash box, safe (or any area where you keep wealth, money, cash etc) will produce more income and attract and assist in acquiring wealth and help to maintain it.
